First Floor: Three rooms, two suites, large terrace. Closest to pool, garden and beach,
preferable for children. There is the new
Food and pharmacy available at mini super on
ground floor. Ask which restaurants nearby offer a discount to
guests. Office, access to phone and fax. Pepe loves to do weddings.
I loved Pepe's. I found it extremely relaxing and
loved its location on the rocky point with access to the beach,
the long verandah, hammocks, pool. My room #4 was perfect
at the end of the 1st level. A great place. The open-air
kitchen is great too and I enjoyed coffee every morning writing
on the patio overlooking Madera Beach.

Our stay at
Pepe's was very good.
Also, it was a MILLION times better than the other hotel
we stayed at the last part of our stay.
Staying downtown was
a new experience, but that place is right between two bars with
music and very noisy.
But back to
Pepe's - we would definitely stay there again
- maybe
next year - who knows. We met some very nice peope there too.
Thanks again for all your help
and the good breakfast at the
Bad
Bird Cafe- that was the best breakfast we had.
Deposit and refund policy:
A 40% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance
is due 60 days prior to departure. If the balance is not paid
by that date,
reservation subject to cancellation. Monies refundable only if
property is re-rented, minus 20%.
