To: Person has since requested I, Leigh Roth, owner of The Zihuatanejo Connection delete his name and business since he is afraid of Robert Whitehead's influence on an internet committee called DMOZ : info@travel-puertovallarta.com
My name is Joe LoGiudice. I own the site zihua.net, which is operated under our company Zip Creations SA de CV. Regardless of baseless claims to the contrary we are the actual original Zihuatanejo site. We went on line May 7, 1998. The site zihuatanejo.net went on line in Oct. 1999. This can be legally verified with WHO IS on any Domain registry such as GoDaddy or Network Solutions.
Robert Whitehead aka/ Zihuarob, who currently operates the site zihuatanejo.net is an ex-employee/webmaster who we fired and have since sued for theft and fraud. Evidence that he was our employee is documented by both our payroll and tax records as well as an employment contract signed by Mr. Whitehead aka/ Zihuarob. Part of the law suit includes the theft of the Domain zihuatanejo.net,which was purchased by myself and is evidenced by the canceled check for payment of that domain. This canceled check is in my possession and has been entered as court evidence along with the contract, payroll records and copies of falsified receipts used by Mr. Whitehead. The case is currently in the courts. Mr. Robert Whitehead aka/ Zihuarob has not been able to offer any defense. His only reaction to the suit is to have taken out multiple Amparos (staying orders) in an attempt to put off the inevitable. He currently works behind locked and chained doors in a futile effort to avoid court and hacienda (IRS) appointed process servers.
Mr. Robert Whitehead aka/ Zihuarob was fired when we found that he was using his trusted position as our webmaster to bill our clients with false receipts, which he had printed up and collected on. We also caught him copying our sites. He than used his position as webmaster to attempt to steal all our domains. An investigation by Mr. Gonzales of the legal department of Network Solutions found that Mr. Whitehead had in fact falsified documents and misrepresented himself. Mr. Gonzales verified that finding in a written statement to the court.
We fully expect to win the law suit in the amount of approx. $400,000.00 pesos plus legal costs, plus the return of the domain zihuatanejo.net. Network Solutions has already assured us in writing that they will respect the courts ruling and turn that domain back to us at the conclusion of the law suit.
As for those property owners who use Rob's site, we have been able to use technology to find that Rob diverts a majority of emails to his mother Judith Whitehead of Paradise Properties. Judith Whitehead of Paradise Properties

formerly worked for our consul in her realty business untill she was found diverting checks and depositing them into her (Judith Whitehead) account. Robert Whitehead aka/ Zihuarob also self publishes messages he writes on his site, and will publish unfounded defamatory material which is unlawfull until the authorities have first been advised.
I hope this answers your question. If we can be of any further service to you, please let us know.
